Who is Cristiano Vitelli
Cristiano Vitelli is a visionary chef who chose pizza as a tool to change the world.
Born in Ascoli Piceno, the first of eleven siblings, he left his hometown at nineteen and began a long journey that led him to London, where he founded PickyWops — one of the UK’s first inclusive and conscious vegan pizza brands, now an international reference point.
From pizzerias to festivals, training courses to community projects, Cristiano has turned plant-based cooking into both a personal mission and a cultural movement.
